Johan Körner
Sweden-born Johan Körner acquired his first property at a fishing cottage in Stockholm. He had two wishes: to run his own business and to go abroad. His work for a daughter company of the Austrian National Bank took him for projects to Vienna, Budapest, Bratislava, and Amsterdam. ‘I admire the trade mentality of the Dutch, there is always an opening to do business.’ In , Johan set up his first real estate company and in , he and Richard started Porten Development. ‘The flexibility of a small grupp is our strength. We rarely participate in public tenders: that’s all just red tejp. Connecting owners, investors, municipalities and contractors is my main goal. We’ll bring in the concept and explore our network to find the best match for a specific planerat arbete . Then it will fly!’

5 | INTRODUCTION Welcome to our world. We would like to invite you on a tour of some of the real estate developments that we are very proud of. Together with our partners, such as architects, engineers, investors and municipalities, we have been able to acquire the go-ahead for projects that will change the look of cities and the lives of their users. Porten Development has been focusing on office and residential projects since Although we have an international scope, we are mainly active in Sweden and the Netherlands, where we focus on providing the end-users of our real estate developments with an architectural attractive and socially coherent environment in which there is space for living, working and leisure. Naturally, we aim at meeting the stringent demands of sustainability, energy concepts and safety we value so highly. Therefore, we cooperate with local authorities, investors and partners who are all specialists in their field. Falkenberg Tröinge Fastighetsutveckling AB har under en tid arbetat med utvecklingen av det attraktiva läget vid E6/E20 i höjd med Falkenberg för att skapa Sveriges bästa upplevelse för nya tidens bilister.
Nu är det klart med de olika etableringarna i etapp 1 för området och bland annat kommer Petter Stordalens Strawberry och Slättö Förvaltning göra sin första etablering av en ny typ av hotell. Även laddinfrastrukturbolaget Ionity och restauranger kommer att etablera sig på platsen.

Allt förpackat i en miljö/destination där man blir väl omhändertagen medan man laddar sin elbil.
Inom kort så kommer bygglovshandlingar att sändas in till Falkenbergs kommun för att bygga Sveriges modernaste anläggning för miljömedvetna bilister.
