ARK: What age is it appropriate for?

Hey all,
I have some questions about ARK. It's something I'm considering getting at some point, but I want to know if it's appropriate for my YouTube channel. I advertise the channel as a PG channel, and much of my audience is year olds. As such, I have some questions

1. Can blood be disabled? I believe I've heard this is possible, but I'm not positive
2. When playing singleplayer, can you adjust taming rates, config options, etc.? I would be playing the game offline by myself, but I know the taming can take a LONG time and I'm wondering if there's a way to shorten it in singleplayer for practicality's sake.
3. I have some concerns about the modesty of the female character. Does she show any cleavage or midriff? If so, is there a way to disable this and give her a more modest outfit?

What is Ark rated for parental guidance

I had my nephew over a few weeks ago and he took an interest in Ark he is 10 year old 10 year old boy wouldn't take interest in dinasaurs. So he went home and talked about the dinsaurs and how you can ride them on and on My sister went to look the game up on steam to see if this is suitable game for her son and she can not find anything rated to find if this game is suitable for 10 year old boys. So I was left explaining the game(PSST yes i let him play it uggh)I guess killing other dinos(managed to convince her this was in self defense) and raiding(stealing) fighting, well killing characters is not suitable either. Of course at this point I mentioned they also have a PVE(which of course I told her nephew was playing "cough") So I went to look up to see what this is rated myself and do not see anything either. Could somebody care to explain where this might be hidden for future visit with my nephew and make sure he is playing an appropriate game before my sister terminate any future visits with my adorable nephew.

Added why doesn't the store page have G PG or R like movies?
